Vic: Tunnel closure to have minimal impact on am peak, City Link

The operators of Melbourne's CityLink says closing Melbourne's new Burnley Tunnel will
have a minimal impact on peak hour traffic this morning.

A spokeswoman for Transurban CityLink says the Burnley Tunnel has three outbound lanes
and is mainly used during the afternoon peak by city commuters.

Meanwhile, the engineers report on the leaking tunnel is expected later today.
